Manifestos

Aspirational, emotive copywriting is my love language. Being able to wax poetic (aka torture myself over word choice) and empower the reader to think differently or take action makes me feel like I'm moving the world forward in some (ever-so insignificant) way. That's why I love getting tasked with writing prose for creative directives, design inspirations and brand stories that shape how creative work manifests or is absorbed. The power of the pen can't be underestimated. Sigh.

This example comes from a Nike Retail Marketing directive, inspiring designers in the concepting and visual styling for one of Nike's most immersive and innovative store locations.
